Nealie, regarding your well written vegetarian article, what if you were convinced that “green house gases” are not harmful to the planet but rather natural outputs of our planet? Would that change your mind about the meat industry without considering the health benefits you have experienced?
…and what about God?! Don’t you think He will take care of us?
Just added fruit for thought…
Larry, I have considered that green house gasses may be a side effect of the human condition. However, in regards to God I feel as though God has taken care of us by giving us something to take care of and we should do our best to treat Earth as such. For some people this will mean riding bikes, taking shorter showers, etc… But for me it means a vegetarian plan. since writing this I have implemented a one month on and one month on regimen because I was having issues with my protein intake.
Most importantly it’s in everyone’s best interest to take care of our home the best we can.
I appreciate the thought!
XOXO,
NBNealie
