Weigh in Day.

Today I weighed in at 118 which is the middle weight for someone my height. A still healthy but smaller weight for me would be 108. Today’s work out consisted of a mini cardio work out called Fastest Work Out. A mini Ab work out called Slim Your Waist. And the main work out called 1 Set. I’ll post work outs later today they are super simple and require no equipment whatsoever. Much love.
